Commodity First began their journey dealing with the import and export of fertilizer and fertilizer raw materials, before branching into Food Grains and other dry bulk commodities. Within the last decade, Commodity First has become an integral component in the supply chain of fertilizers and food grains to farmers and consumers in the Southeast Asia region.

Jabar Jute Mills

History
Jabbar Jute Mills Ltd. prides itself for being one of the oldest jute producers in the country. Established in 1965 by JB M. Nasir, under the jurisdiction of the government of Pakistan at the time, it, along with all other jute mills in the country, was converted into a public limited company by the newly formed government of Bangladesh in 1971. Jabbar Jute Mills Ltd was privatized again in 1984. Since then, new leadership has resulted in a flourishing mill, producing various types of finished jute products for the local and international markets.

The Mill
Based just outside the capital of Bangladesh in Bhairab, the Jabbar Jute Mill spans over 45 acres of land and currently employs over a 1000 people. Capable of producing various types of finished jute products including Hessian and Sacking products, new machinery and improved techniques allow the production of 5,500 MT of product annually, most of which are exported to various parts of the world.

Healthcare

CFirst Group has undertaken a state-of-the-art 500 bed hospital project in the Mirpur area in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Situated in the heart of Dhaka’s metropolitan area, the hospital will provide multidisciplinary comprehensive medical care with the latest medical, surgical and diagnostic services. The project encompasses 17 floors built on 2 acres of land and aims to provide high quality international standard medical care. Project completion is expected in 2022.

We wish to establish a hospital providing multidisciplinary comprehensive medical care with the latest medical, surgical, and diagnostic services. We also have plans to establish a nursing instutite and an old care home in the future.
